Leslie Allison joined Rowan Writing Arts after serving as Assistant Director of the Writing Center at Temple University. While her background is rooted in women's writing and writing centers, these days she currently teaches critical information and news literacy skills to first year, education, and journalism students. In both teaching and research, what drives Leslie the most is helping students develop confidence in their ideas, their writing, and themselves.
