Dr. Kacey Doran is the Assistant Teaching Professor for the Esports Major, Minor, Concentration, and CUGS through Rowan University's Journalism Department and Sports Communication & Media Programs. She received her doctorate from Rutgers University-Camden's Childhood Studies Department after defending her dissertation centering videogames, gender, and identity. Kacey's previous degrees include an M.A. in Children's Literature and a B.A. in Women's and Gender Studies, and her previous work experience includes organizing and teaching for art and music programs.
