Sanford Tweedie, PhD, Dean 

The Dean of Edelman CCCA is responsible for enacting the vision of the College, for hiring and retaining faculty and staff, for advocating for the college in the university, and for cultivating relationships between the college, its alumni and the larger community. The Dean ensures that the academic programs in the College are exceptional, distinctive and of high-quality and that the college positively impacts the Rowan community as it advances the university’s mission.

Larry Butler, PhD, Senior Associate Dean  

• Faculty affairs, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures for personnel matters
• Oversees faculty load adjustments
• Manages STORI and Mercier funding applications
• Provides data support for the College
• Supports Chairs on departmental administrative matters
• Course scheduling, including initial and changes
• Reviews requests for Independent Studies
• Manages the College curriculum process
• Oversees university catalog updates
• Building/space concerns

Jennifer Tole, PhD, Associate Dean  

• Student affairs including registration issues, academic adjustment forms, student travel, student grievances and concerns
• Coordinates experiential learning across the College
• Central coordinator of internship efforts within the College and across departments
• Liaison for employers, nonprofits, government entities, and community organizations
• Coordinates College scholarships  
• Oversees administration of Applied Professional Communication B.A. at RCBC and RCSJ
• Supports career development across the College
• Liaison to offices such as the University Advising Center, Academic Success Center, Dean of Students/Student Affairs
• Liaison to the College advisory board
• Convenes the student advisory board

Gina Di Bartolo, MA, Coordinator of Communications & Outreach

• Manages and facilitates communications within the College and to external audiences including recruitment
• Plans, coordinates, and executes College events 
• Designs, develops, and, manages Edelman CCCA webpage, social media accounts, and college newsletters
• University Commencement coordinator
• Facilitates creation of Edelman CCCA annual report and other publications of the College
• Brand standards inquiries
• Programming and content for digital signage 
• Hiring and mentoring of interns
