“Blood Related” highlights different art styles, mediums, and subject matter. My education in art and my earliest works all dealt with traditional mediums. Digital art was very new to me, entering thn program, because I had no prior education. Over the years, I’ve grown to love digital art and my work visibly progressed. Walking around the gallery, you will find my art becomes more complex with subject matter. The first half of the gallery is a mixture of art throughout my years at Rowan University. The second half of the gallery focuses on the cardiovascular system My intentions are to along my journey to view  projects, ending with my  the human cardiovascular system.

I have a special interest  anatomy, I feel as though there  unlimited information to learn about the body and its functions. I love learning new and being able to interpret the knowledge through art. I’ve had a more specific interest in the cardiovascular system and the role it plays in our bodies. The heart is a fascinating organ there is so much to learn about the cardiovascular system. A lifetime could be spent learning about all its different  I look at anatomy as art, itself. The detail within our bodies is incredible and everything has a very specific and intentional purpose, just like a work of art. I love being able to create art that serves as educational resources. Although, I may not be working in the field quite yet, every time I finish a project my friends and family want to know more about it. I find myself teaching them a lot of medical related terms and conditions, using my art as the educational reference. Having the skills and training to create successful visuals of these organs and processes, is something that I take great pride in always be more to learn.
